What Tolao Is

Tolao is a business platform provided by SRS Intel, LLC to licensed automotive dealership customers under a commercial service agreement, and to authorized team members. Accounts are provisioned by Tolao; there is no public self-service sign-up.

User Eligibility

Access to the Tolao platform is limited to individuals who have been explicitly invited and authorized by SRS Intel, LLC. Users represent that they are acting in an employment, contracting, or similar authorized capacity.

SMS Alerts

By consenting to SMS alerts during account activation or via account settings, authorized users agree to receive automated operational messages from Tolao. Users represent that they are the primary owner of the phone number provided or have authorization to receive messages at that number.

Message content is limited to operational notifications relevant to platform activity. Tolao is not responsible for carrier charges incurred from SMS delivery.

Users may revoke SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message or by disabling SMS alerts in account settings. Tolao may modify the frequency or content of SMS alerts with reasonable notice to users.

Account Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Use the platform only for authorized operational purposes
• Not share their access with unauthorized individuals
• Provide accurate phone numbers when consenting to SMS alerts

Vehicle Listings and Third-Party Content

Tolao aggregates and displays used-vehicle listings and related information from third-party platforms and public sources. Tolao is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party marketplace, and all trademarks and listing content belong to their respective owners.

Tolao does not own, sell, host the underlying sale of, or guarantee the availability, condition, price, or accuracy of any listed vehicle. Market values, deal scores, and profit estimates are calculated from third-party data and are provided for informational purposes only.

Tolao is not a party to any transaction between a user and a vehicle seller. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, verifying any listing at its original source, and complying with all applicable laws before contacting a seller or purchasing a vehicle.

If you are a rights holder and believe content displayed through Tolao should be removed, contact support@tolao.co and we will act on valid requests promptly.

Limitation of Liability

Tolao is provided to authorized users and dealership customers as-is for business use. SRS Intel, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Material changes will be communicated to active users.
